- Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic shipping (within the US) is calculated during the Checkout process and all items are shipped via UPS Ground (United Parcel Service ~ the guys in brown) Insurance is optional, as are 2nd Day and Next Day Air options, and may be added upon request. Item(s) ship out within 3-7 days from the date of your order, and a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
- International shipping is currently not being offered on retail orders. Please contact us for wholesale international orders.

- Returns & Replacements
- Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. High Secret offers an exchange or refund for items that are broken due to manufacturer’s defect only. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order if your item is broken due to defect. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be mailed within 7 days.
