Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping (within the US) is calculated during the Checkout process and all items are shipped via UPS Ground (United Parcel Service ~ the guys in brown) Insurance is optional, as are 2nd Day and Next Day Air options, and may be added upon request. Item(s) ship out within 3-7 days from the date of your order, and a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. 
International shipping is currently not being offered on retail orders. Please contact us for wholesale international orders.

We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also require you to enter a password to access your High Secret Account information. Please do not disclose your High Secret Account password to unauthorized people. Despite these measures, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with personal data and mistakes may happen.
Returns & Replacements
Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. High Secret offers an exchange or refund for items that are broken due to manufacturer’s defect only. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order if your item is broken due to defect. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be mailed within 7 days.
